opt.wheelstore - wholesale operations in one system
A large B2B platform connecting own stock, 10 major European warehouses, wholesalers, dropshippers and managers. From choosing products to settlements, the team works in one environment.
Products from multiple sources are combined in a shared catalog.
Partner workspace
The wholesaler manages their own stock and orders from the shared catalog.
Sales and delivery
The order connects stock reservations, settlements and delivery.
An illustrated workflow, not a live client interface. No personal data.
The task
Bring separate catalogs, spreadsheets and messages into a manageable system. Pricing for different partners, stock, orders, delivery and earnings needed to be coordinated.
10 European warehouses
We integrated 10 major European warehouses into the platform. Partners use a shared catalog across sources, with pricing rules based on the source and customer role.
Wholesaler and partner accounts
Wholesalers can choose and order products, record sales and manage their own stock. Products transferred to their locations have separate inventory: a partner can sell from their own stock or order from ours.
Pricing and settlements
Each role has its corresponding product price. The system connects the sale amount, deposit, outstanding balance and manager or wholesaler earnings. Administrators see partner orders and settlements.
Inventory, sales and delivery
Products are reserved when a sale is created; cancellation restores stock. Order history preserves sold item data. The team works with Nova Poshta shipping references and tracking from the order card.
Integrations in everyday operations
A Telegram bot helps add products and sends sale notifications. Working Google spreadsheets receive order data. The catalog is also connected to an external store and CRM.
What it brings to the business
A working platform for a network of participants: a shared catalog, partner-specific terms, inventory, sales and delivery connected together. The system develops in stages as business needs grow.
